In his role as superintendent, Dr. Kevin Hub has been serving as chair of the Scott County High School Site Based Decision Making (SBDM) Council during the principal selection process.
On Tuesday, June 12, 2018, the SBDM Council chose four applicants to interview for the position of principal. They are Jennifer Forgy, Blake Konny, Greg Quenon, and Meocha Williams.
The interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, June 20, 2018. The council hopes to name the principal shortly thereafter. These four come from an outstanding and diverse pool of nearly 20 qualified applicants.
Jennifer Forgy is currently the senior associate principal at Woodford County High School, where she has been since 2008. Prior to that, she was a teacher in Fayette County.
Blake Konny is currently the assistant principal at Scott County Ninth Grade School, where he has been since 2015. Previously he was principal at Woodford County Middle School.
Greg Quenon is currently the academic dean at Tates Creek Middle School in Fayette County, where he has been since 2016. Prior to that, he was principal at Henry Clay High School.
Meocha Williams is the freshman academy principal at Bryan Station High School in Fayette County where she has been since 2017. Previously she served as assistant principal at Doss High School in Jefferson County.
