"Better Test Scores - Through Improved Operations & Facilities"

It is the goal of this department to support the Scott County Schools by providing a clean, safe, secure and aesthetically pleasing environment, enhancing teacher’s ability to teach and student’s ability to learn, pursuant to improved test scores.
 

Secondary to the learning process, our goal is:

1. To construct and renovate our facilities with low maintenance materials and energy efficient equipment thereby reducing overall operating costs while providing aesthetically pleasing facilities and great learning environments at a reasonable cost to the taxpayers of Scott County. 

2. To provide IT, custodial, maintenance & operational services, "second to none".
