Family Resource & Youth Service Centers
Family Resource & Youth Service Centers serve to enhance students’ abilities to succeed in school by assisting children, youth and families in meeting some basic needs. Direct services may be provided through the center or the centers may link students and families to other community resources. Each center provides services during the school year, including days when school is not in session and in the summer.
Family Resource Centers (FRCs) provide, at a minimum, referral to providers for health and social services, child care, family training, and parent-child education. Scott County Schools has five (5) Family Resource Centers. Two of the Centers serve multiple schools:
Preschool Family Resource Center: 502-863-3663 ext 1970
